Who am I?

From an early age, I have been deeply fascinated by how people navigate life and adapt to its ever-changing circumstances. This passion led me to the field of psychology, where I have dedicated my career to understanding the profound connection between early trauma, brain development, and the nervous system.

As a trauma-informed psychologist, I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to uncover meaningful pathways toward long-lasting healing. I understand that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have, which is why I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where safety becomes the foundation for transformation. Healing is not just about addressing challenges—it’s about discovering new possibilities for growth, resilience, and connection.

I have continued to expand my expertise through advanced studies in psychotherapy, attachment-based play therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and couples and family therapy. My approach is deeply rooted in science, but also in the belief that each person’s journey is unique.

At Connected Minds Psychology, my mission is to provide individualized, trauma-informed care, honoring each person’s unique experiences and life goals. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, my goal is to help cultivate deeper connections, emotional well-being, and lasting change.

Healing happens in the presence of safety, understanding, and genuine connection—and I am here to support you every step of the way.
